Delivery
We deliver throughout Greater London, offering both same-day (for orders placed before 13:00) and named-day delivery. For each, you may select from three dedicated delivery windows, designed for ease and certainty. Please note: orders for the earliest window (10:00–13:00) must be placed by 09:00.
Same-day delivery windows
10:00–13:00 — order by 09:00
13:00–16:00 — order by 13:00
16:00–18:00 — order by 13:00
Our floral gifts are available for next-day or named-day delivery, with orders accepted until 16:00 the day before.
Every gift is hand-delivered to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please choose a date and time when the recipient will be available.
To preserve the element of surprise, delivery updates can be directed to you instead of the recipient. If sent to them, they will receive:
- A confirmation with a link to reschedule (complimentary, up to 2 hours before delivery).
- A message when our agent is on the way, plus a call 15 minutes before arrival.
In the second delivery update, our partner may include a QR code or numeric key. If this cannot be provided — for example, if your gift is accepted by a concierge or receptionist, or if you have chosen to receive updates yourself — our agent will simply request a name and signature to confirm safe delivery.
Our agents are unable to leave gifts unattended; so if no one is available, a redelivery fee may apply.
Returns & Refunds
If something is damaged, faulty or not as described, please call us or email founders@theluxebureau.com as soon as possible after your order is received. We’ll look into it right away and do everything we can to make it right.
