1. Welcome
Thank you for choosing the Luxe Bureau. These terms and conditions set out the basis on which we provide our products and services via our website. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms — but if anything feels unclear or unexpected, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re here to help.
2. Our Offering
We curate and deliver a selection of considered, luxury gifts. Each piece is selected for its quality, provenance, and design. All products are subject to availability and may be updated, withdrawn or substituted at our discretion.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT, where applicable.
We accept most major credit and debit cards.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible — we’ll do everything we can to put things right.
4. Delivery
We currently deliver within Greater London, and offer same-day delivery if your order is placed before 1pm.
Estimated delivery windows will be shown at checkout.
While we always aim to deliver on time, there may occasionally be delays beyond our control (e.g. weather or courier disruption).
Once your order is delivered, responsibility for the goods passes to you.
If a delivery doesn’t arrive as expected, please let us know — we’ll look into it immediately.
5. Returns & Refunds
if something is damaged, faulty or not as described, please call us or email founders@theluxebureau.com as soon as possible after your order is received. We’ll look into it right away and do everything we can to make it right.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our site — including imagery, text, logos and design — is owned by the Luxe Bureau or its partners. It may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without prior written consent.
7. Using Our Website
We ask that you use our website respectfully and lawfully. In particular, please don’t:

Attempt to access areas or information not intended for you;
Use our content in a way that breaches intellectual property rights.

We take great care to ensure your experience is seamless. That said, if something doesn’t meet expectations, we welcome the opportunity to put it right.

Our total liability, where applicable, will not exceed the value of the order placed.
